Your Year of Many True Selves. This is the year you stop smoothing the differences between who you are in one room and who you are in another, and start letting those selves be the full, distinct, luminous things they actually are. A creative idea you have been carrying long past the point where most people would have set it down finds its audience in late summer, and the version of you who kept going gets to stand there and feel it land. A friendship deepens because you let someone see one of your less-known sides, the one you usually save for someone else entirely. I love that this year asks nothing harder of you than to be exactly as multiple as you already are. Each version of you knows something the others need.
