The short version

Your Birth Stars provides personalized astrology readings for entertainment and personal reflection. By signing up you agree to these terms. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Readings are written for you personally and are not to be resold. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on your readings.

1. Who we are and what we offer

Your Birth Stars is operated by 0785681 BC Ltd., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We provide AI-generated astrology readings based on your birth chart, delivered by email or as a downloadable document.

Our readings are intended for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

2. Your account

To use Your Birth Stars you must provide accurate information including your name, email address, and birth details. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.

One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

3. Payments and billing

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Daily Email — billed monthly at $4 per month after a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically on day eight.

Annual Reading — a one-time payment of $19. Your reading is delivered within 24 hours.

Bundle — billed annually at $48 per year. Includes an Annual Reading delivered within 24 hours and a daily email subscription. The Bundle renews automatically each year. On renewal, a fresh Annual Reading is generated and delivered within 24 hours. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; your subscription continues until the end of your current annual period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on the schedule described above.

We reserve the right to change our prices. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will give you at least 30 days notice by email before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue.

4. Free trial

The Daily Email subscription includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial you will receive your daily personalized email at no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at $4 per month from day eight.

We reserve the right to offer or withdraw free trials at our discretion. A free trial is available once per person.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the management link included in any of your emails, or by contacting us at hello@yourbirthstars.com. The management link connects you to our subscription portal hosted by Stripe, where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view your billing history. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your daily email until that date.

Annual Reading and Bundle — because your Annual Reading is delivered shortly after purchase, we do not offer refunds on one-time payments once the reading has been delivered. If you experience a technical problem that prevents delivery, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Daily Email — if you cancel during your free trial, no charge is made. If you cancel after billing has begun, no refund is issued for the current billing period.

6. The nature of our readings

Your Birth Stars provides readings generated by artificial intelligence, informed by astrological tradition and your personal birth chart. Our readings are written for entertainment and personal reflection.

We make no claim that astrology is a science, that readings predict the future, or that any specific outcome will result from following the guidance in a reading. You acknowledge that you are using this service for personal enjoyment and self-reflection, and that any decisions you make based on your readings are your own responsibility.

Our readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or require professional support, please seek it from a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property

The readings we generate are written for you personally. You may save, print, and share your readings for personal use. You may not resell, republish, or use your readings for commercial purposes without our written permission.

All other content on Your Birth Stars — including our website design, copy, brand, and technology — is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Birth Stars and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on your readings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we make a significant change that affects your subscription, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
