The short version

Your Birth Stars provides personalized astrology readings for entertainment and personal reflection. By purchasing you agree to these terms. Payments are handled by Stripe. Purchases are one-time and the Bundle does not auto-renew. Readings are written for you personally and are not to be resold. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on your readings.

1. Who we are and what we offer

Your Birth Stars is operated by 0785681 BC Ltd., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We provide AI-generated astrology readings based on your birth chart, delivered by email or as a downloadable document.

Our readings are intended for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

2. Your account

To use Your Birth Stars you must provide accurate information including your name, email address, and birth details. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement.

One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

3. Payments and billing

All prices are in US dollars. Prices are shown as $29 and $49 in our interface; the amounts charged are $29.99 and $49.99. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Birthday Year Reading — a one-time payment of $29.99. Your reading is generated from your birth chart and delivered as a downloadable PDF within the hour of purchase.

Annual + Daily Bundle — a one-time payment of $49.99 covering one year. Includes the Birthday Year Reading (delivered within the hour) plus a personalized daily reading emailed each morning for 365 days. The Bundle does not auto-renew. Near the end of your year we will email you a reminder with the option to purchase again.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for the product you select.

4. Gifts

You may purchase a reading as a gift. At checkout you provide the recipient's first name and email, an optional note, and choose when the gift is delivered. The recipient enters their own birth date, time, and place when they redeem the gift, and their reading is generated for them at that time. Gift purchases are subject to the same terms as other purchases on this page.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Your purchases are one-time. The Bundle covers one year and does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel — it simply ends at the close of your year unless you choose to purchase again.

Because readings are delivered shortly after purchase, we do not offer refunds on a reading once it has been delivered. If you experience a technical problem that prevents delivery, please contact us at hello@yourbirthstars.com and we will resolve it promptly.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@yourbirthstars.com and we will investigate promptly.

6. The nature of our readings

Your Birth Stars provides readings generated by artificial intelligence, informed by astrological tradition and your personal birth chart. Our readings are written for entertainment and personal reflection.

We make no claim that astrology is a science, that readings predict the future, or that any specific outcome will result from following the guidance in a reading. You acknowledge that you are using this service for personal enjoyment and self-reflection, and that any decisions you make based on your readings are your own responsibility.

Our readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or require professional support, please seek it from a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property

The readings we generate are written for you personally. You may save, print, and share your readings for personal use. You may not resell, republish, or use your readings for commercial purposes without our written permission.

All other content on Your Birth Stars — including our website design, copy, brand, and technology — is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Birth Stars and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on your readings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Changes to the service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we make a significant change that affects your subscription, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
