Sometimes you know something is true before you understand why it matters or what you are supposed to do with it. The knowing sits in your chest like a stone you picked up from someone else's garden, heavy and out of place but impossible to set down. You find yourself saying yes to things that do not make sense yet, or no to things that look perfectly reasonable on paper. The people around you want explanations you do not have, and you want explanations you do not have, but the knowing remains steady underneath all the questions. What you are learning is that some answers are meant to be lived into rather than figured out.
