Sometimes you know something is true before you understand what you are knowing about. The answer sits in your body like a weight you cannot name, and you find yourself making small changes to how you move through your days without being able to say why. You avoid certain conversations, or you start asking different questions, or you notice your attention shifting toward things that two weeks ago meant nothing to you. The answer was never waiting for the right question. It was waiting for you to trust that the knowing came first, and the words would follow when they were ready.
