A boundary that has been tested this week is showing you something about the person doing the testing. When someone pushes against what you have said no to, they are not confused about your position. They are measuring how much of yourself you are willing to spend defending it. The push itself is information about how they see you in relation to what they want. You do not need to justify the boundary again or explain it more clearly. You need to decide whether you are in a conversation or a negotiation, because the response to each is completely different.
